Aleppo devastated by Syrian army bombs

Footage obtained from social media appears to show the aftermath of an attack by the Syrian army on Aleppo. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights believes that Syrian army helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the disputed city on Sunday killing 36 people, including 15 children.
